Terms of Service
Last updated: March 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Dorima, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Description of Service
Dorima is currently in private beta. It is a personal intelligence platform that helps you organize tasks, understand patterns, integrate health and calendar data, and optionally use AI-powered insights. Dorima is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic tool. During the beta period, there is no guarantee of uptime, data permanence, or feature stability.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from attempting to disrupt the service
3a. Acceptable Use
In addition to lawful use, you agree not to:
- Abuse or exploit free beta credits (e.g., scripted or automated bulk usage)
- Attempt to access, extract, or scrape other users' data
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service without prior permission
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Dorima or its AI features
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create within Dorima, including tasks, reflections, and journal entries.
5. Integrations
You may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar or Oura Ring. Their terms govern your relationship with those services. You may revoke access at any time through Dorima Settings.
6. AI Processing
Dorima uses Anthropic's AI models to provide intelligence features. By using these features, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Your reflections, tasks, calendar events, health data, relationship information, and chat messages may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing
- Anthropic's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern their handling of this data
- AI-generated content (narratives, observations, chat responses) is informational and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind
- Dorima is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
New users may receive limited free AI credits processed through Dorima's Anthropic account. You may also provide your own Anthropic API key, in which case processing occurs through your personal account. Removing your key or exhausting credits disables AI features; core functionality (tasks, reflections, calendar, habits) continues to work.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data is shared with AI providers.
7. Health Disclaimer
Dorima is not a medical device or healthcare provider.
- Health insights are for informational purposes only
- Dorima does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
8. Availability
Dorima is in private beta. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. We make no guarantees of uptime or availability. AI-powered features depend on third-party API availability and may be independently unavailable.
8a. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Dorima. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dorima is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or actions taken based on information from the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
